Los Angeles-based startup partners with one of California's active Latino live entertainment promoters for its first public deployment — entering a U.S. ticketing market where concert scams surged 127% in 2024 and the $4.1 trillion Latino audience remains underserved by bilingual, trust-built infrastructure.

Conciertoz Events

CONCIERTOZ, a new Spanish-language event ticketing platform purpose-built for U.S. Latino audiences, today announced its soft launch in partnership with Frias Entertainment for a live event on May 30 at the Stockton Fairgrounds in Stockton, California. The launch coincides with the company's preview protection suite — including AI real-time fraud pattern detection — currently entering beta development.

Latino concert ticketing

CONCIERTOZ enters a U.S. ticketing landscape where consumer trust has eroded sharply. Ticket scam reports surged 127% in 2024 according to the Federal Trade Commission, with 1 in 8 online concert-ticket buyers defrauded in the past two years and average losses of $350 per victim. Better Business Bureau data shows 36% of all ticket fraud now originates from social media platforms — 28% from Facebook and 8% from Instagram alone.

At the same time, the U.S. Latino market has become one of the most economically powerful and entertainment-active demographics in the country, yet remains structurally underserved by mainstream ticketing platforms. Latinos represent 19% of the U.S. population and wield $4.1 trillion in purchasing power according to the Latino Donor Collaborative. Latin music wholesale revenue grew 5.9% in the first half of 2025 — more than six times faster than the overall U.S. music market — marking the 12th consecutive year of growth, carried by global superstars. Yet only 4% of U.S. advertising budgets are directed at Hispanic audiences, and most major ticketing platforms still operate without full Spanish-language checkout, support, or dispute resolution

AI Fraud Protection Suite — Entering Beta

CONCIERTOZ has announced two upcoming AI security systems currently in beta development, with phased rollout planned through 2026 - 2027. The platform targets the U.S. Latino concert-going demographic, with more than half of U.S. Hispanics under age 34 — the peak live-music age bracket. Following the May 30 Stockton event, CONCIERTOZ will expand into Los Angeles, Houston, Miami, New York, and Chicago, with continued market additions through 2026.
